yosemite

we decided it was high time for a little
outdoor adventure and headed off to
yosemite for a weekend.  with me being
about five months pregnant and with
snow still on the ground we decided that
camping probably wasnt going to be as
much fun as it usually is, so we stayed in
a little cabin.  marley thought it was
pretty funny that we still had to walk to
the bathroom!
the waterfalls were flowing and it was beautiful!  
we did some hiking and exploring and really
enjoyed our time there.  it is amazing to watch as
marley grows into a little boy and questions the
things around him.  he really digs being outside
and spent most of his time gathering sticks and
rocks and then depositing them into the various
streams and lakes in the area. playing with the
flashlights at night was also a big source of
entertainment for him, and we spent quite a bit
of time looking for raccoons around camp.  we
are already looking forward to our next trip to
yosemite and will definately take our bikes along.
